1. Agency Management: Support and manage relationships with agencies, ensuring their growth by providing strategic guidance and operational support.
2. Daily Operations: Manage and resolve issues faced by creators during their LIVE streaming process, ensuring smooth operations.
3. Operational Strategy: Collect and analyze feedback from Agencies, identify operational bottlenecks, and contribute to the development of strategies for improving operational efficiency.
4. Event Management: Oversee campaign execution, including planning, monitoring, and summarizing campaign results to optimize future initiatives.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and available to start in Jun 2025 at the latest

2. Able to start as soon as possible for internship lasting at least 3 months (6 months is preferred)
3. Strong data analysis skills and experience using various data analysis tools to drive insights.
4. Excellent English communication and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
5. Genuine interest in social media and content platforms, with a keen understanding of emerging media trends.
6. Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills; ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Experience or strong interest in working with agencies/MCNs is a plus.
