The Global Corporate Social Responsibility team's work spans a broad and diverse range of functions and workstreams, including designing and implementing social, climate and employee impact strategies as well as working collaboratively across disciplines to bring the right resources, expertise, and experience to each aspect of Environmental Social Governance (ESG). The mission of the team is to deliver positive social impact and environmental sustainability through our platform, products and people that increase brand trust and performance.

- Drive improved ESG performance
- Support the identification, assessment and management of ESG impacts, risks and opportunities (IROs)
- Help ensure relevant business functions are motivated, empowered and informed on ESG performance improvements
- Engage with, and provide guidance to, internal subject matter experts (topic owners and contributors) to address identified gaps in ESG performance
- Support development of internal policies, targets, due diligence processes and other practices to manage relevant ESG risks and opportunities
- Support the development of impact measurement framework on ESG programs
- Support the implementation of ESG governance and crossfunctional teams' engagement on ESG matters
- Remain updated on market trends/best practices within ESG, and assisting with internal thought leadership
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with relevant ESG/Sustainability degree 4-5 years experience in ESG
- Either in-house or at a consultancy Analytical and data driven mindset, with strong project management
- Stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree with relevant ESG/Sustainability degree
- Proven experience across a variety of ESG topics, including double materiality assessments, ESG reporting and ESG strategy development and management
- Understanding and knowledge of CSRD and CSDDD regulations
- Experience working across global key functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment.
