Our Enterprise Solutions team plays a crucial role in ensuring the company's success as we develop systems, platforms, and applications to support internal business activities around the globe. We have a support team that is dedicated to solving issues and constantly optimizing business activities to support hyper-growth for the company. We seek people who have a service-oriented mindset that are willing to learn and put in the effort to solve problems.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the on-call team, utilize data analysis and user insights to inform product prioritization and roadmap decisions, as well as to evaluate system performance.
- Improve organizational efficiency and risk control by implementing and managing systems operations.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product launch readiness, including developing SOPs, conducting user training, managing internal communications, and providing technical and system support during product rollout.
- Streamline operations and maintain high efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional partners utilizing Mandarin language.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in an IT company
- Experience in product operations from global enterprises, as well as excellent communication and logical skills, and a deep understanding of enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with SaaS, PaaS, Ecosystems, etc.
- Able to read and write in Mandarin and English in order to understand documentation from cross-functional partners as well as drafting documents and holding meetings in Mandarin.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88000 - $151111 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
