Our Enterprise Solutions team plays a crucial role in ensuring the company's success as we develop systems, platforms, and applications to support internal business activities around the globe. We have a support team that is dedicated to solving issues and constantly optimizing business activities to support hyper-growth for the company. We seek people who have a service-oriented mindset that are willing to learn and put in the effort to solve problems.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional testing of product features within the enterprise platform, an integrated productivity solution encompassing chat, scheduling, document management, video conferencing, auto-translation, and additional functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including but not limited to Global, Product, and Operation teams to assess and verify product functionality.
- Work alongside Product SREs (Site Reliability Engineers) to ensure QA during upgrades and ad hoc fixes, prioritizing product stability and scalability.
- Execute test cases, document results, and provide detailed reports on issues discovered during testing.
- Communicate product functionality errors and provide respective error logs engineers
- Verify user interfaces, functionality of new and existing features, backend systems, and report any bugs, errors, or other defects to the development team.
- Assist in maintaining and updating test documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Contribute actively to discussions on product improvements, sharing insights and observations from testing.
- Occasionally contribute to on-call services and offer assistance in answering questions if needed, although this is not a primary responsibility.
- Partner with cross-functional partners utilizing Mandarin language.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Able to read and write in Mandarin and English in order to understand documentation from cross-functional partners as well as drafting documents and holding meetings in Mandarin.
- Proven ability to learn and understand complex software systems and knowledge of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and possesses analytical skills to identify and document product issues effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with proven ability to working with cross-functional teams.
- Has user experience with Lark, office automation systems, or enterprise collaboration tools.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences for internal stakeholders.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $93480 - $142800 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
