About the Team
The Employee Well-being and Engagement (EWE) team, formerly known as the Employee Engagement and Experience (EEE) team, was established in November 2022 after the MI 2.2 reorganization, embodies a vision that emphasizes embracing and celebrating uniqueness. Our goal is to create opportunities for people's development and engagement. Aligned with this vision, our team focuses on Employee Well-being, Culture, MI internal communication, and Learning and Development. We aim to foster an MI culture centered around positivity, productivity, and meaningful engagement, inspiring our people to build long-term careers.
Project Intern
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
1. Assist with planning people engagement projects, drafting communication to deliver culture & business impact messages, setting the agenda, driving action items, and other administrative duties for retaining global business projects.
2. Assist in planning, launching and iterating on team-wide Employee Engagement Programs such as Communications, Global All Hands, Employee Survey Action Plans, Newsletters, and Reward & Recognition Programs by working closely with internal stakeholders such as HRBPs and Pillar Leads.
3. Scheduling and coordinating all behind-the-scenes training session logistics such as accurately managing attendee lists, inviting trainees, sending and collating training survey results.
4. Optimizing training program efficiency through detailed organization of training resources, creation of supporting training material, and data analysis of training program effectiveness.
5. Collaborating with the global L&D team to work on new programs and initiatives that will create valuable and fun learning experiences for everyone both in the classroom and outside.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
1. Undergraduate or postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master.
2. JP and ENG proficient to meet the requirements of our business in Japan.
3. Especially proficient in written English as you will be creating communications that will be highly visible to regional stakeholders.
4. High attention to detail, yet be able to balance between being result-oriented and process-oriented.
Preferred Qualification
1. Experience in administration is not required but preferred.
2. Strong Communication and Responsible mindset.
3. Growth mindset due to the fast-paced, ever changing nature of the TikTok culture, no previous tech industry experience required as we believe diverse, outside industry knowledge is an asset not a liability.
