About the Team
The Artist Partnerships team within Artist Services is responsible for partner management, education and advocacy, developing marketing and promotional strategies, and music operations for their assigned partners. The Artist Partnerships team drives discovery, engagement & promotion for the artist community through white-glove service, strategic partnerships and holistic campaigns across new releases, merchandising, ticketing, and more.
Responsibilities
- Support the artist partnership team with cross-functional (XFN) operations projects.
- Assist in the design and execution of artist campaigns to drive artist engagement and monetization.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategic decision-making for the artist partnership.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled University student who is able to work 4-5 days a week
- Strong skills in logical thinking, analysis, and framework development
- Highly capable of problem-solving and managing scenarios
- Excellent communicator, effective in team collaboration and engaging with offline merchants
Preferred Qualifications
- Interested in music industry platforms is an advantage.
- Familiar with different social media platforms.
