Team Introduction
The eCommerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. TikTok Commerce re-imagines global eCommerce with rich content and endless joy.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.
This Internship Program runs for 10-24 weeks. Candidates can also apply for both Project Intern position and Program Intern position.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. We encourage you to apply early. Candidates can apply to a maximum of TWO positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally.

Responsibilities
- Assist day to day account management operations
- Support seller recruit and onboarding
- Assist sellers with campaign registration and reports
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or above with relevant business experience
-Effective communication and problem solving skills.
-Ability to work independently and time manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives and tasks.
-Effective communicator in both English and Mandarin, being able to convey complex content concepts in both languages, in a clear and compelling manner, ultimately driving successful client engagements. Business proficiency in Mandarin will be required to bridge communication and liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients/sellers.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in e-commerce/retail partner development with demonstrated ability to develop new business relationships and scale existing business relationships; mixed experience on both platform side and seller side is highly preferred.
