Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We are looking for an MBA intern with our Fulfillment Governance to drive the improvement of sellers fulfillment speed, customers' fulfillment experience.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.
Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May/June 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship start dates below:

Monday, June 23
We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates. Please state your availability clearly in your resume (Start date, End date).
Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for promoting seller's order fulfillment performance (e.g., on time, no damage, customer contact, negative reviews, ship tracking, ship costs)
- Lead project(s) across commercial, compliance, operation and technical teams to define and scope the necessary tools and workflows to be developed
- Ideate on new ways to create the necessary protections, guardrails, policies, and operations to promote seller's order fulfillment performance
- Monitor, analyze and own key performance indicators such as Late Dispatch Rate, Seller Fault Cancel Rate, Late Delivery
- Recommend and design policies around sellers' shipment methods and dispatch SLA requirements
- Map out the key gaps in the order fulfillment processes, including inventory health management, picking & packing efficiency, order dispatch SLA and so on, thereby proposing the corresponding governance strategy and rules
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing your Masters degree
- Experience in logistics
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Track record of strong project delivery, negotiations and relationship management along with deep analytical acumen.
- Strong management capabilities and getting things done themselves. Be an experienced team player who is motivated by an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
- Familiar with E-commerce
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and reach agreements with others
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with analytical tools such as Looker, Tableu, or Aeolus to drive analytics and reporting.
- Previous experience in governance or risk management
