About the Team
Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
Content that Eco Operations Quality Assurance interacts with includes images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.
What will I be doing?
- Perform daily audit on internal system;
- Provide analysis of errors and feedback to respective team;
- Work with training team to align policy understanding of QA and labelers;

- Provide support on Policy/Quality related questions on ad-hoc basis;
- Responsible in guiding new joiners in order to achieve ramp up target;
- Identify potential errors in policy and correct them in time;
- Conduct quality meeting with the team to analyze errors;
- Please note that this position involves exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above preferred, short video product user.
- Excellent language skills (Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with stakeholders)
- In-depth contact with local customs and culture is highly sensitive to social news.
- Possess strong learning ability, team management skills and cross-department communication.
- Able to work under minimal supekrvision and have strong logic/ common sense related to job nature.
- Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
- Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Overseas working / training is a plus.
- Familiar with office software such as Excel, Word, etc. With data processing experience and other data analysis capabilities are preferred.
- Having experience of project management or relevant job can be a plus.
