In Local Service, through POI, Video, LIVE, Search, and other various products, services and roles related to life are creatively connected, making the daily life experience richer, more unique and more innovative.
At the same time, Local Service creates an inclusive and fair healthy business environment, helping merchants, service providers, creators and other roles to continuously create revenue and improve efficiency.
The Local Services Business Development team aims to drive consumer traffic into TikTok platform with an aim to convert them via planning and executing the different levels of product assortments, campaigns and other strategic policies.
We are looking for experienced candidates who can work autonomously in a fast paced, highly demanding and ambiguous environment. The role can possess great business judgment, with a track record of strong project delivery, commercial negotiations and relationship management along with deep analytical acumen. Additionally, this position involves working with multiple stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Deliver product assortment, profitability, and sales/GMV targets by leading the business segment on the needs of the customer and identifying suitable opportunities for Dine-in Vouchers business growth;
- Have an in-depth knowledge of e-commerce or offline F&B business ecosystem, value proposition and writing business proposals by identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs;
- Dissemble goals , formulate budget plans, and transform goals into executable plans;
- Formulate the go-to-market, seller/brand growth and merchandise strategy for the local market; evaluate and evolve the strategy to meet business needs;
- Build and monitor the operational index, and work closely with the data team to optimize the data products;
- Monitor the merchant ecosystem; discover high-potential merchants and explosive new product opportunities; while being alert with risks;
- Help business growth through platform product optimization, merchant governance and data analysis; Understanding e-commerce or content media field is a plus.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce platforms, consulting firm or internet strategy, industry or market research and business analytics with eCommerce, offline FnB or delivery relevant experience
- Strong analytic, logical and problem solving skills with good attention to detail
- Big picture thinking, structured, organized, and experienced in managing projects on different scales (planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation, and process optimization)
- Able to travel regularly and internationally
- Fluent in English as a working language

- Adaptable, fast learner, highly motivated, and versatile player with some exposure in ops and commercial
