About the Team
With the mission of "Inspiring New Life and Helping Good Business", Local Service is committed to becoming the most trusted local service platform for users and partners.
In Local Service, through POI, Video, LIVE, Search, and other various products, services and roles related to life are creatively connected, making the daily life experience richer, more unique and more innovative.
At the same time, Local Service creates an inclusive and fair healthy business environment, helping merchants, service providers, creators and other roles to continuously create revenue and improve efficiency.
The Local Services Business Development team aims to drive consumer traffic into TikTok platform with an aim to convert them via planning and executing the different levels of product assortments, campaigns and other strategic policies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Campaign Framework: Identify campaign objectives and timeline, establish a central theme, set overarching goals and budget, break down targets, and allocate responsibilities to cross-functional teams.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities continuously, gather insights from sellers and buyers, and draw on best practices from other countries or regions to build an information repository and identify new growth opportunities.
- Generate Insights: Integrate internal data, market research, and feedback from sellers and buyers to uncover actionable insights that can unlock new growth opportunities or enhance operational efficiency.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a knowledge hub, partnering with Business Development teams, the Creator team, and others (including Product Managers) to design and execute cohesive, impactful campaigns.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Professional Experience: At least 4+ years of experience in growth/demand planning, strategy and planning, or consulting. Ideally, a background in forecasting, building projections, and campaign planning.
- Self-Motivation: Demonstrates the ability to navigate ambiguity with minimal guidance, stay motivated, and perform effectively under pressure while meeting tight project deadlines.
- Interpersonal Skills: Possesses strong interpersonal skills and maintains a positive attitude in the face of challenges. While independence is essential, teamwork and collaboration are equally critical. Excellent communication skills are required to articulate marketing strategies and plans clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Management: Proven expertise in managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously, including developing timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating teams effectively.
- Analytical Expertise: Strong proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and apply learning for continuous improvement.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English for professional purposes; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Travel Flexibility: Willing to travel regularly, including internationally.
