Team Introduction
Global Business Solutions (GBS) is where we provide solutions to businesses through our advertisement products such as TikTok for Business. By connecting businesses to our platform's audiences who are looking for the next interest, we provide full-funnel solutions.
Dupty Division Head will be responsible as a sub leader working closely with the Division Head for selling TikTok advertising solutions to major advertising agencies, develops and executes sales strategies to increase sales. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Responsible for all internal and external stakeholder management, long-term account plan development, product education and adoption
- Build and grow relationships with business leaders in agencies who are identified as key decision makers to build and carry out strategies and optimize their advertising expenditures
- Identify, prioritise and secure revenue opportunities through consultative and strategic engagement with agencies - deep understanding of agencies' business objectives to deliver media solutions that tie to their business objectives and KPIs
- Create compelling sales propositions utilising consumer trends, market knowledge and data-driven insights
- Develop and implement best practices for agency servicing including relationship management, product suite education and enablement, business reviews, reporting and analysis
- Work closely with Division Head, existing members in SA and core cross functional teams to constantly analyse performance, drive test and learn strategies and brainstorm and develop scalable advertising solutions to deliver measurable results
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership, innovation and performance solutions
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in advertisement Industry
- Well networked in advertising and media industry in Japan with advertisers and agencies
- English reading and writing skills for collaborating with global cross-functional teams internally.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a team.
- Proficiency in Japanese and English is required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
