About the Team
The success of TikTok's data business model hinges on the supply of a large volume of high quality labeled data that will grow exponentially as our business scales up. However, the current cost of data labeling is excessively high. The Data Solutions team is built to understand data strategically at scale for all Global Business Solution (GBS) business needs. Data Solutions Team uses quantitative and qualitative data to guide and uncover insights, turning our findings into real products to power exponential growth. Data Solutions Team responsibility includes infrastructure construction, recognition capabilities management, global labeling delivery management.
About the Role
Crowdsourcing Specialist will serve as a bridge between project delivery, and the crowdsourcers. They will work collaboratively with BPs and requestors, to understand the intricacies of labelling for each business line, assessing current and incoming projects for suitability, blockers faced, and creatively problem solved for workarounds to help maximise utilisation. Crowdsourcing specialists will take ownership of recruitment, onboarding of crowdsourcers, including ensuring timely delivery of tasks.

Responsibilities
1. Recruitment - Develop and implement strategies to recruit talented crowdsourcers to ensure a diverse pool of candidates;
2. Onboarding - Lead the onboarding process for new crowdsourcers, ensuring they understand project expectations, workflows, and tools;
3. Delivery - Source, manage and track the delivery of labelling tasks, ensuring crowdsourcers meet project deadlines and quality standards;
4. Crowdsourcer support - Offer ongoing support to crowdsourcers, addressing any questions, concerns, or technical issues;
5. Performance improvement - Track the performance of crowdsourcers and collaborate with project managers to improve task specifications and optimize workflows.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. 1-3 years experience in operation and mass hiring;
2. Strong project management and cross-department communication skills;
3. Strong analytical skills, aptitude to independently learn new technologies;
4. Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualification
1. Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and eager learner;
2. Ability to use SQL and scripting languages (Python, R) are preferred;
3. Good information analysis, data deep dive and interpretation capability.
