About the team
TikTok's (Content) Operations team is responsible for accelerating the growth of our top 100 global media accounts by developing strong, executive level relationships, strategic partnerships, landing core platform narratives, securing incremental growth (primarily content but in alignment with media, marketing, GBS teams) and providing best in class service.
Responsability
- Drive Strategy for Direct & Scaled Creator Management Programs: develop and execute strategies to effectively manage and engage creators directly and at scale within the local market. Lead and enhance relationships with creators, including top-tier creators and public figures.
- Product Adoption and Content Diversification: implement strategies to diversify content on the platform, fostering a rich and varied creator ecosystem.
- Performance Measurement: develop and implement key metrics to measure the success of creator management and education programs. Adjust strategies as needed to achieve optimal local outcomes and boost product adoption among creators.
- Provide Local Market Insights and Feedback: collect and analyze feedback from local markets to refine and enhance creator programs. Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and user preferences.
- Collaborate with Central and Regional teams to customize programs for the local market nuances and support scaled creator engagement programs in local market
- Team Leadership: lead and inspire a team, facilitate strong xfn collaboration and partnership
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Experience in creator management, partner relations, or similar roles, with a proven track record in a leadership position.
- Deep understanding of the digital content landscape, creator ecosystems, and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.
- Strong familiarity with local market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- English and Portuguese Fluent
Preferred qualifications
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and metrics for strategic decisions.
