Creators are the heart and soul of TikTok. The Creator team's mission is to facilitate our Creator community's growth and development, drive high quality content production and increase creator engagement and product adoption through dedicated editorial events, programs and education initiatives. This team will also create scalable initiatives to build, celebrate, and recognize our diverse and inclusive communities around the world.
The Creator Team is looking for an enthusiastic Creator Manager that will be responsible for managing and growing Sport and Lifestyle creators and athletes for Italy on TikTok, developing and championing best practices in 1:1 management to support various product and creative strategy needs. This role requires a passion for creators, creativity and technology, with a specific focus on expertise in the Sports industry. An in-depth understanding and passion for the Sports landscape (industry, main partners, top agencies) and the ability to tailor strategies for this vertical will be fundamental for success in this role. The ideal candidate should be excited about working in fast-paced environments and on multiple projects simultaneously. We are looking for individuals who are flexible, can find solutions to ambiguous problems, be resourceful and bring positivity to the work environment.
Responsibilities
- Creator Relationship Management: Manage relationships with creators across different levels, including direct engagement with top creators and public figures. Deepen relationships and strategically improve account performance, product adoption and engagement to deliver against product and content goals.
- Creator Engagement with Programs: Drive creator engagement in Central, Regional, and Local programs, ensuring creators are well-informed and actively participating.
- Data-driven management, Metrics and Product Adoption: Monitor and drive key partner management metrics and encourage product adoption among creators. Use dashboards, data and analytical insights for creator acquisition, outreach, onboarding, and management.
- Creator Education: Create and execute educational programs through online workshops and IRL events to promote sustainable growth of creators and public figures, as well as answer questions and foster connections.
- Creator Monetization: Support creators in exploring in-app monetization opportunities, implementing strategies to accelerate their growth on the platform. Develop and implement educational programs for creators to facilitate product adoption, emphasizing monetization tools and high-quality content.
- Feedback and Opportunity Identification: Gather feedback from local creators, identifying opportunities and providing insights to enhance program effectiveness.
- Targeted onboarding of key Public Figures and Top Creators not currently on platform with strong incentives and strategies
- Market Expertise: Serve as an expert in understanding the nuances of working with creators in this market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams to align strategies and achieve departmental goals. Support strategic partnerships and business opportunities with global Top Creators and Public Figures.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Proven experience in creator management, partner relations, or a similar role, with strong understanding of the digital content landscape and creator ecosystems
- Deep knowledge of the Sport industry, including trends, opportunities, and challenges, and the ability to translate this knowledge into effective creator management strategies.
- Experience in Creator management & Event management. Outstanding communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to understand complex business scenarios and demands, define problems, and break down solutions.
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English, with excellent cross-cultural understanding, communication and organizational coordination, and execution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
