About the team
The Creator Product Adoption team is responsible for best-in-class global, scalable approaches and programs to drive our core product adoption goals with our Creators and promoting those programs and initiatives to the relevant Creator communities through a variety of levers. This team will work in strong collaboration with the Content Strategy team and Product teams to set and drive product adoption priorities and then provide services (frameworks, approaches, levers) to Regional Operations teams to drive measurable business impact. In addition to designing and coordinating the global efforts, this team will execute these programs in the NA markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop, support and execute scaled product programs (manage end to end) focussed on driving large-scale participation and product adoption from creators on the platform

- Work with product team to identify potential program/project opportunities and outlines based on product roadmaps and data driven needs
- Work with local/regional ops teams to rollout scaled product adoption frameworks and programs locally
- Align on standardized, clear measurement plans and set joint OKRs in line with Creator and product PGC team. Track program progress to program goals, incorporate improvement tweaks in realtime to optimize program success metrics
- Evaluate successful program components and execution as well as areas for improvement to synthesize back to key XFN stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with XFN teams needed to operationalize product programs (eg GUO / Product Ops, PMM, Product, Comms, USDS, legal, etc)
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Have a strong understanding of creator economy and proven experience in working with creators
- Experience working with creator related product - understanding the creator product journey, product tool across different platforms
- 5+ years experience working in program management/development, product marketing, and/or product management
- Proven experience working with complex data sets & the ability to make data-driven decision
- Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
- Superior attention-to-detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- A team player who is accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented
Preferred qualifications
- Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
- Experience working in a global team, across multiple time zones and cross culturally
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88000 - $202666 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
