Team Intro
The content operations team is a global team responsible for empowering and incubating the creator community to grow within the TikTok ecosystem.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key USDS partner for the Creator Product Adoption team, supporting the US execution of growth programs and vertical priorities
- Oversee communications, in-app and offline, to US Creators for product adoption and community management needs

- Design and launch creator communities to onboard, support and educate emerging and established creators at scale
- Design and implement scalable program solutions for US product & creator needs, helping drive creator growth and retention
- Measure and track the success of growth programs and community management over time, drawing insights for future projects from qualitative and quantitative metrics
- Solicit, organize, and contextualize feedback from the creator community to support product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, such as Data & Analytics and Product, to identify critical US Creator questions, ultimately designing, building and developing solutions for the US market.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in related fields or equivalent experience (1-3 years)
- Great written and spoken communication skills to influence product partners and company decisions
- Demonstrated experience in community building and engagement
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Results and solution-oriented professional who has a knack for building solid relationships on both the creator and business level
- Outstanding communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Experience with influencer management in developer or creator ecosystems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in creator management
- Experience in insights & reporting
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $68640 - $101333 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
