Team Introduction
The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with LIVE creators, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe. Our commitments include delivering interactive experiences, supporting creators, and fostering partnerships. By focusing on these areas, we aim to elevate the overall live experience for users, empower creators, and build strong, sustainable partnerships within the creator community.

Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities:
Training/Campaign Focus:
- Develop and execute campaigns to drive participation and adoption rates, ultimately boosting partners' revenue.
- Assist in creating training content and materials to educate creator networks on LIVE business and various industry knowledge areas.
- Support the planning and execution of online webinars with creator network partners to address their daily inquiries and establish multiple engagement touch points.
- Engage directly with creator network partners to gather feedback on training sessions, campaigns, and seminars, and develop optimization strategies.
- Assist the Creator Network Manager (CNM) in organizing offline partner events and graduation ceremonies.
- Support projects or other initiatives assigned by the team leader
Data Focus:
- Collaborate with data teams to execute projects, align on data-related issues, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the customer service team and cross-functional stakeholders to implement operational strategies for creator network partners.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve payment issues, streamline partner collaboration, and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Assist in managing revenue-driven incentive programs and communicate effectively with partners during program launches.
- Support other daily initiatives as assigned by the team leader
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or a graduate degree
- Experience in creator network management, creator management, or B2B sales within a high-growth consumer technology company (e.g., Entertainment LIVE, content creation, advertising, e-commerce, brand sponsorship, music, gaming, etc.).
- Strong teamwork skills with experience in sales communication and negotiation.
- A proactive and passionate self-starter with a strong commitment to creators and daily operations, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional (XFN) teams across different time zones.
- Strong analytical skills in business data review, dashboard interpretation, and quantitative analysis, with the ability to conduct critical root cause assessments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented and process-driven.
- Bilingual in Mandarin due to close collaboration with international teams
- A self-starter with a problem-solving mindset, eager to take initiative and drive meaningful impact.
