Responsibilities
TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Manage mid- and top-tier Creator Network partners in specific verticals to drive LIVE revenue growth.
- Utilize dashboards and insights to diagnose business performance and identify opportunities.
- Conduct regular in-person and online meetings with partners to drive B2B conversions.
- Coach Creator Network partners on creator recruitment, incubation, campaigns, and top-tier creator management.
- Guide partners in setting up agent management systems, as well as recruiting and training agents.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- 2+ years experiences around internet creator economy, like content, advertisement, e-commerce, brand sponsorship, music, gaming, live streaming, etc.
- 2+ years experiences of sales, BD, or other business result driven roles
- Experiences of partnership management experiences, like agency management, channel partner management, reseller management, etc
- Good teamwork spirit, clear logic, priority awareness, passion and a sense of responsibility.
- Good data interpretation and logic capability, explorative, and self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture
- Creative mindset and thought process that's focused on driving business parameters forward
- Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $70000 - $120000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
