Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis: Conduct data analysis to understand the current trend Creator Network partners and identify the main focus.
- Communication Strategy: Manage internal and external communications to ensure that all team members are informed and aligned with current projects, updates, and best practices.
- Training materials development: based on the current focus, identify top players and gather best practices to create playbooks that can be shared with internal and external teams.
- Creator Network Certification Program Support: Gather learnings from the pilot program and seek ways to improve the training materials and system.
- Operational project management: Support and manage operational projects and track the progress
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or a graduate degree
- Bilingual in Spanish due to close collaboration with international teams
- Analytical mindset: ability to track data and derive meaningful insights for improvement
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiar with project management tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal, with the ability to develop clear and effective training materials and communications
- Detail-oriented: focus on accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
