Our commitments include delivering interactive experiences, supporting creators, and fostering partnerships. By focusing on these areas, we aim to elevate the overall live experience for users, empower creators, and build strong, sustainable partnerships within the creator community.

Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May/June 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship start dates below:

Tuesday May 27 (Memorial Day May 26)

Monday, June 23
We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates. Please state your availability clearly in your resume (Start date, End date).

Responsibilities:
Creator Growth & Content Strategy
- Drive revenue focused creator growth projects to achieve measurable revenue results.
- Assist in developing best practice playbooks to support creator growth across content verticals, focusing on key success factors for community building and monetization on LIVE.
- Create external resources such as one-pagers, decks, and other deliverables to educate and support creators.
- Collaborate with the Creator Management team to develop top creator showcases that inspire and drive growth among other creators.
- Establish and maintain SOPs and templates to improve the efficiency of the Creator Management team, iterating as operations evolve.
- Conduct and analyze creator surveys (both quantitative and qualitative) to gather insights and optimize strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
- Review and manage small-scale revenue campaigns to enhance creator performance and revenue.
- Track and report on the success of smaller campaigns to identify key trends and areas for improvement.
- Extract actionable insights from quantitative data and qualitative feedback, making recommendations for key initiatives.
- Support the design and implementation of major initiatives in collaboration with the Creator Management team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or a graduate degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Able to work 40 hours a week in our LA office
- Experience in data analysis, content strategy, project management, or operations within a fast-paced environment (internships or academic projects).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and present findings
- Experience in creating compelling presentations, reports, or other design-focused deliverables to communicate strategies effectively.
- Highly adaptable and proactive, with a strong ability to navigate ambiguity and adjust priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop structured processes, maintain detailed documentation, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
