About the team
TikTok LIVE-Regional Operations-Japan aims to empower a safe, authentic, and inclusive LIVE environment and provide the best real-time experience that cultivates a sense of belonging, enhances real-life experience, enables diverse businesses and provides economic opportunities for people to interact in real-time. Members with high motivation to grow gather, and there is a culture of open discussion from a qualitative and quantitative point of view.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement operational strategies for content creators, increasing the number of live UV numbers and engagement levels of content creators.
2. Use one-on-one management methods to support creators' growth, fostering top-quality content creators on the platform.
3. Manage a set scale of content creators through community-based management, enhancing live performance metrics.
4. Create and distribute educational materials for creators.
5. Plan and implement workshops and seminars for creators.
6. Regularly analyze community performance data, gather user feedback, assess user behavior, and adjust operational strategies to enhance community engagement promptly.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. This role will be JP based
2. Japanese fluent, English proficient
3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.
4. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to adjust operation strategies based on data.
5. Understanding of the internet industry, with experience in content operation and live streaming platforms preferred.
6. Innovative thinking, with the ability to continuously optimize and improve community operation strategies.
Preferred skills/experience
- Experience in the LIVE streaming industry
- Mandarin proficient to communicate with Chinese speaking external stakeholders
