Team Intro
Ecommerce's Creator Affiliates Team is a global team responsible for empowering and incubating creators to grow within the TikTok Shop ecosystem through large-scale incentive programs.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement diverse creator incentive/educational programs to motivate creator TikTok Shop activity and achieve monthly business goals.

- Develop strategies and insights to source new mid to long-tail creators for commerce activation.
- Analyze affiliate creator data to build an in-depth understanding of the creator ecosystem and determine solutions to underserved areas of the creator journey.
- Work closely with affiliate product teams to launch new features and optimize creator sales and growth tools.
- Identify overarching creator pain points and partner with cross functional teams to solve key challenges.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 3+ years experience in creator or e-commerce partnership management and operations.
- Strong work experience building and implementing scaled creator/influencer/user/business partner growth programs to achieve revenue goals.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams to develop plans and execute projects.
- Comfortable navigating and driving results in a fast-paced environment and is open to change.
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mixed experience in product/user growth and affiliate commerce space.
- Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce and livestreaming.
- A/B user testing experience and business analytics.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $89000 - $130000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
