We are looking for a talented Creative Specialist to join our Global Gaming Creative Team. In this role, you will develop and execute original, inspiring creative campaigns for gaming clients that resonates with TikTok's unique tone and style. You'll work closely with gaming clients turning strategic briefs into impactful TikTok campaigns that drive results across both lower and upper funnel objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop TikTok-first creative strategies that reflect the joy and creativity of the platform's audience.
- Work with Gaming clients to shape their brand's and UA presence on TikTok through organic and paid creative campaigns, from pre-launch to post-launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Creative agencies, UA, etc.) to bring creative ideas to life.
- Turn RFPs into successful, high-performing campaigns, with a focus on new title launches.
- Utilize marketing and analysis research insights to review creative concepts and measure their performance, ensuring the best creative is delivered for TikTok activities.
- Convert creative direction into first-in-class mockups, creative examples, and hero concepts.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions to develop actionable creative strategies and methodologies.
- Develop and implement creative best practices and run creative tests to drive performance.
- Solve creative execution blockers and streamline production processes.
- Support creative initiatives for brand campaigns and brandformance activities.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Proven experience in a creative agency or gaming creative studio with strong focus on working the full creative lifecycle, from ideation to execution.
- A portfolio that showcases previous creative and strategic work.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of the Mobile Gaming Market and TikTok Platform.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams including client-facing skills.
- Ability to analyze marketing research insights and translate them into impactful creative strategies.
- Project management: self-manage multiple projects simultaneously, producing efficiently and on schedule.
- Proficient in English.
- Experience with AI and UI tools is a plus.
