Team Introduction
Global Monetization Product team, is dedicated to empowering brands in crafting captivating content on TikTok. With a mission centered around addressing the diverse creative needs of brands, we specialize in providing tailored solutions that resonate with audiences on the platform across our 3P solutions. As part of the advertiser enablement team, we operate at the forefront of innovation, collaborating closely with key accounts and growth accounts in North America. We help facilitate the development of engaging TikTok content, enabling brands to effectively connect with their target audience and drive impactful results.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.
This Internship Program runs for 10-24 weeks. Candidates can also apply for both Project Intern position and Program Intern position.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Solutions Lead in Canada to onboard and cultivate creative solutions for expanding TikTok Canada's brand partnership portfolio.
- Aid the TikTok Creative Solutions team in conducting thorough creative analyses, gathering campaign/product insights, and staying up-to-date on creative and creator industry trends.
- Engage in various tasks including content planning, content development, communications planning, product releases, creative development, and client briefings/events.
- Support the introduction and implementation of new product rollouts, tools, and processes to enhance collaboration with GBS.
- Assist in the management of creative product back-end operations, alpha/beta testing outreach, construction of advertiser decks, and development of product manuals.
- Contribute to daily departmental activities, including facilitating GTM communications with GBS and other cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
-Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree with intent to return to the program after the internship.
- Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Proactive and responsible with strong executive abilities, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
-Interest in or familiarity with advertising and creative development.
-Ability to work cross-functionally and confidently engage with product stakeholders. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adept at managing time and projects effectively, including handling multiple projects simultaneously.
-Demonstrate a sense of responsibility, a can-do attitude, and the ability to hit the ground running from day one.
-A resilient self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment. Embraces change, communicates swiftly, and adapts to new opportunities and tactics to enhance brand affinity and drive revenue for the Canadian business.
