Creativity is the soul of advertising. The Global Monetization Product & Technology team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation and optimization, to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other third parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to end users.
We are user-oriented and dedicated to technical excellence. We aim to drive and lead the technology revolution in the ads tech and creative industry, powering products and driving values for our clients, creators, and the whole ecosystem. We are looking for experienced product operations specialists who will be responsible for providing operational support throughout the product development lifecycle and ensure success across key products and business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Have a deep understanding and insight into the overseas e-commerce industry/e-commerce platform clients. Continuously identify pain points in overseas clients' advertising creativity (videos/live/product cards/pictures) and develop scalable solutions/strategies. Lead the full process of creative ad diagnostics, solution development, implementation, and review.
- Be skilled in diagnosing and solving issues related to clients' lack of advertising infrastructure (insufficient ad materials) and low capabilities (poor material quality) by analyzing creative data and case studies. Summarize creative strategy solutions for e-commerce.
- Develop productized solutions based on clients' creative needs and drive product updates, increasing the consumption and penetration of creative products in the e-commerce industry.
- Use creative material analysis tools to standardize processes for clients and analyze the creative needs of different client types, forming actionable strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in product operations, strategy operations, or creative advertising operations.
- Strong data analysis skills, capable of independently completing creative advertising analysis and optimization strategies for the industry and clients, and producing analysis reports.
- Excellent cross-team communication and project management skills.
- Strong logical thinking, data-sensitive, and adept at identifying problems and breaking down goals based on data.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience in overseas e-commerce/overseas platform e-commerce advertising operations is preferred.
