Team Introduction
Creativity is the soul of advertising. The Global Monetization Product & Technology team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation and optimization, to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other third parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to end users.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for creative operation of overseas advertising, providing creative product solutions for Apps clients, responsible for the performance of the creatives;
- Through industry research and data analysis, explore customer needs, insight into industry growth opportunities, propose industry solutions, and complete productisation construction;
- Through close collaboration with related teams, complete the testing, promotion and coverage of creative products to enhance the revenue penetration and growth of creative products in the industry;
- Daily data management and analysis, manage and improve the relevant data system according to the business target and product iteration, guide project decision-making through data analysis.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Over 3 years of experience in commercial product operation or related experience in the advertising industry, with an understanding of the international advertising market;
- Familiar with commercial advertising logic, especially with the basic knowledge of performance advertising, able to output marketing methodology and propose product solutions according to industry scenarios;
- Strong data analysis ability, can independently complete the industry and customer advertising creative analysis and optimisation strategy proposal, and output analysis report;
Preferred Qualification
- Capable of seamless communication with global organizations, achieving consensus, and promoting cooperation.
