Team Introduction
Creativity is the soul of advertising. The Global Monetization Product & Technology team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation and optimization, to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other third parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to end users.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of bilateral cooperation operations for the creative and content service ecosystem. Develop and execute different operational plans based on the segmentation of service providers, influencers, and users. Build rights and task systems to enhance the scale of supply and demand, activity levels, and order volume on the platform, ensuring the contribution share of creativity in advertising.
- Ensure the quality of materials and content produced by the creative team. Consolidate advertising material production experiences and methodologies across various industries, and improve the effectiveness of materials and content through training programs for agencies and influencers.
- Collaborate with various business units to manage the introduction and retention of supply and demand. Enhance platform retention, conversion, and payment metrics through various operational methods. Improve the lifecycle of both sides by monitoring conversion rates at stages such as 'entry-conversion-activity-churn,' identifying business patterns, and driving optimizations.
- Coordinate internal company resources to develop new cooperation models. Complete product documentation, functionality development, and follow up on data analysis. Understand market information and competitor dynamics to optimize related product features.
- Manage and analyze data related to supply and demand. Build and refine data systems based on business objectives, and guide project decisions through data analysis.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Over 2 years of experience in creative production/influencer marketing or related operations in the advertising industry, preferably with an overseas background.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, project management skills, and data analysis capabilities.
Able to quickly grasp core information and key points, identify risks and issues, and drive stakeholders to resolve problems and achieve goals.
- Strong learning ability, self-motivation, adaptability, and a global perspective.
Preferred Qualification
- Capable of seamless communication with global organizations, achieving consensus, and promoting cooperation.
