Responsibilities
As a Content Solutions Manager, you will be working with the Commercial Partnership Solutions team, a ket part of the global business marketing team, the team behind the commercial business that amplifies our mission of "Inspire Creativity and Bring Joy". You will help create the TikTok For Business brand and establish TikTok as an entertainment platform that drives impact. This role will report into the Global Business Marketing lead, AUNZ and APAC Commercial Partnership Solutions lead.
Responsibilities:
1.Drive Content Solutions to enable AUNZ Business Solutions to drive incremental revenue by unlocking new and inspiring content solution/brand partnership opportunities with user content programming, creator solutions & product teams.

2.Work with global, regional and local xFN Content Solutions and sales partners to deliver brand revenue targets, including weekly tracking, reporting, and sourcing opportunities to enable clients and creative companies to achieve their marketing objectives.
3.Ability to inspire partners (internal and external) about the power of content & branded opportunities on TikTok.
4.Lead creation of pitch decks, media proposals and customised rate-cards as well as client communications when necessary.
5.Collaborate with global, regional and local xFN teams (including sales and product teams) across pre-sell, during-sell & after-sell working and reporting processes.
6.Responsible for project related trainings and presentations both internally and externally.
7.Plan and execute strategic playbooks for different industries and verticals, generate insights, ideas and strategies that further media partnerships with major categories.
8.Providing strategic planning, copywriting, and related work support as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1.BA/BS degree with 3-5 years of experience in digital media and marketing at a media agency or publisher.
2.Experience in building creative digital media solutions at scale that drive brand awareness and high user engagement.
3.Excellent skills in Google Suite and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of media syndicated research, media billing, and ad servers.
4.Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially the mobile and social landscape in AUNZ.
5.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6.Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking.
7.Ability to work independently and as part of a team across different departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
1.Experience working with content providers or IP holders and developing sales packages.
2.Sponsorship Business Background (TV Station, Sporting event etc).
