The TikTok LIVE Ecosystem team's mission is to create a healthy and sustainable livestream ecosystem. We strive to ensure our users and creators a high quality experience on the platform. This role will be based in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
- Manage content quality analyst team to deliver analysis and results on time with high quality
- Develop and maintain quality metrics for individuals and the team
- Manage internal allocation of resources and bandwidth
- Support program managers to meet business requirement
- Elevate and maintain the team's comprehension of live content and policies
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree.
- 3-5 years of experience working in consumer content development, content analysis, content labeling, or content quality

- 1-2 years of experience managing a team focusing on content analysis, content quality, content moderation, or similar domains
- Strong cultural understanding of live industry and community of variety of content
- Strong resource planning and management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture
- Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends globally
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish to be able to review Spanish content to improve content quality
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $79000 - $117000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
