Responsibilities:
- Lead and continuously improve upon the process for identifying, analyzing, and solving policy related issues to eCommerce content.
- Dive into the business to develop a solid understanding of user behaviors, policy performance and associated key metrics, collaborating with stakeholders to measure and report on content governance success
- Partner with cross-functional governance teams to build mechanisms that will improve policy education and moderation quality.
- Maintain and continuously improve upon various processes and programs. Collect and analyze feedback from various partners, collaborate to optimize and refine ongoing operations.
- Stay informed of industry and competitor analysis around policy development and implementation to keep up with best-in-class practices.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to navigate successfully with ambiguity, with multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment.
- 2+ years of experience in policy development, implementation and program management in the tech industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of MBA
- 2+ years of hands-on and in-depth experience in e-commerce governance and implementation, program management, process improvement, and/or social media operations.
- Experience managing projects and coordinating with different cross-functional regional partners.
- Demonstrated organization, analytical thinking and problem-solving.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $125400 - $139333 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
