About the Team:
The Global eCommerce US Operations team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the TikTok e-commerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure, and intuitive for our users.
About the Role:
As a Content Creator Support Intern, you will support top creators enrolled in our TikTok Shop Creator Program. Conducting conversations in Spanish and/or English, you will play a key part in the success and growth of creators on TikTok Shop by supporting platform best practices, content strategy, content merchandising, brand/merchant engagements, and platform initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct calls in Spanish and/or English to build and maintain relationships with TikTok Shop content creators
- Assist creators in developing their e-commerce content strategy and audience growth plans
- Analyze data and provide insights to creators to help them optimize their content, and improve sales performance
- Provide support and troubleshooting for technical issues that creators may encounter
- Collaborate with other teams at TikTok to give creators access to resources, tools, and opportunities
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a BS/MS degree with a graduation date in 2025
- Bilingual in Spanish due to close collaboration with international partners
- Able to work 40 hours a week in our LA office starting as soon as possible
- Self-motivated, results-driven, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of TikTok & TikTok Shop, content creators, and viewers
- Understanding of social media performance metrics and e-commerce metrics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with content creators
- E-commerce experience/content strategy experience
- Ability to translate performance metrics into actionable plans
- Understanding of the creator economy
