The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.
We're looking for a LIVE Campaigns & Content Manager to join our TikTok LIVE team in Munich. You'll play a critical role in designing, preparing & executing platform campaigns and content initiatives for the DACH region, and contribute to both strategy and execution. You will work with a wide array of internal stakeholders as well as external partners and of course our creators, to bring exciting campaigns and diverse content to our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic in-app campaigns and content initiatives for TikTok LIVE in the DACH market.
- Design, prepare, and execute revenue-focused campaigns tailored to the DACH market.
- Develop and maintain an overview of the evolving content landscape on TikTok LIVE in DACH.
- Bring new quality and diverse content to LIVE on a continuous basis.
- Source outbounds/manage inbounds of relevant creators/partners, e.g. artists, institutions, events, programmed content, etc.
- Support initial LIVE setup and educate creators/partners on LIVE best practices.
- Manage relationships with creators/partners.
- Amplify reach of content.
- Oversee complex collaborations with key partners, from initial outreach to execution, ensuring successful delivery of objectives.
- Provide creative input and executional support for campaign and content initiatives.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and generate actionable insights.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or above
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in partnership sourcing and managment and content creation/management, preferably in an entertainment-related field
- Experience with digital campaigns as a plus
- Strong creative skills, including ideation for campaigns and content ideas
- Proven expertise in project management, including handling complex cross-functional collaborations.
- Experience in data analysis with the ability to interpret trends and apply insights effectively.
- A proactive team player with outstanding organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Independent, resilient, and adaptable to change, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Passionate about livestreaming and a deep understanding of creators' needs and perspectives.
- Highly self-driven, curious, and capable of structured thinking in dynamic environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
