Responsibilities
TikTok is seeking a Compliance TPM to be part of the USDS Security Risk and Compliance team. The role will have a significant impact on managing the compliance program, mitigating security and compliance risk, and maturing USDS operations to meet its compliance objectives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Program Management:
- Lead the Product and feature review program for the USDS Compliance team managing implementation of key enhancements, status and execution of the program as well as preparing reporting for senior leadership
- Support change management initiatives, identify and operationalize key program improvements to increase efficiency of the compliance team and ability to meet objectives timely

- Develop and measure KPIs derived from business driven oncalls or assessments to help manage team performance and key compliance risks that can impact organizational compliance and regulatory requirements
- Based on KPIs, drive compliance program maturity by identifying and driving closure of gaps related to documentation, training or process.

- Understand USDS compliance requirements including data security, data governance and be able to identify compliance risks associated with product/feature launches
- Perform compliance assessments on new product/feature launches where additional surge support is needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience driving key milestones and objectives of a regulatory compliance program including: leading status meetings, tracking metrics and operationalizing improvements
- Experience with product and feature compliance and/or privacy reviews as part of the PRD review process from a TPM perspective
- Experience conducting compliance or privacy assessments as part of PRD reviews or SDLC processes
- Ability to collaborate with operations teams (technical & non-technical) and provide compliant solutions
- Demonstrates excellent organizational direction, time management, problem-solving, prioritization, goal setting, leadership, motivation, negotiation, and interpersonal relations
- 3-5 years applicable experience
- Experience with governance, risk, and compliance projects and program oversight
Preferred Qualifications:
- Start-up experience
- Experience with U.S. Regulatory compliance requirements and implementing data security and governance programs
- Experience with GDPR reporting, privacy reporting, or regulatory compliance reporting
- CISSP / CISA / CISM / PMP
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $98800 - $196000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
