Responsibilities:
- Drive the deployment of operations within the country, and build partnerships with local key players in logistics.
- Conduct market and industry research, create operation plans to address issues and hedge the risks caused by market or policy changes if needed.

- Responsible for the SOP and operation performance indicator (KPI) of service vendors, and the strategic corporation with business partners.
- Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced, and continuously improve the key metrics of productivity, service quality, cost effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in supply chain operation management field or related degree.
-Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required for the role.
-5 years of working experience in commerce marketplace operations.
-Self-motivated and results driven, able to collaborate and the ability to influence stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to secure alignment.
-Excellent analytical, organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
-Self-motivated and able to thrive in ambiguity and in a matrix environment.
