Responsibilities:
1. Acquire and manage Brazilian top business partners to kick off business for the hardline category.
2. Build and maintain relationships with partners, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign;

3. Help business partners gradually expand exposure by leveraging creators' capabilities or building their own;
4. Discover new collaborative opportunities fit into partners' short-term and long-term development plans;
5. Maintain service quality provided by partners - low cancelation and return rate, reviews, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction;
6. Utilize data proficiently to understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritize solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills;
2. Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity;
3. 3+ years relevant working experience;
4. Fluent in English and Portuguese, good communication and collaboration skills working cross functionally in a global working environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experienced in relatable in-category management, at a large partners, or agency side or other company with specialism in consumables the hardline category is preferred.
2. Strong sense of social content (livestream and short-video is a preference), practical experience in the social commerce, content marketing, influencers, and creativity in the categories is a plus;
3. Collaborative and open to changes and challenges and learn;
4. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
