The Agency Solutions Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with agency partners, ensuring they receive exceptional support and solutions tailored to their needs. This role involves: top-notch TikTok Ad system expertise sharing, strategic planning, collaboration, and execution of initiatives to drive agency success and achieve business goals.
Agency Solutions Manager role collaborate with various stakeholders (mainly with Agency Partner Manager) to aim for business revenue growth and encourage continuous development by providing feedback to the product teams. Utilizing their knowledge of advertising products, and the management of both reservation-based and self-serve advertisements, they leverage their expertise to solve the challenges faced by agencies and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency partners. Act as the primary point of contact for agency inquiries and support.
- Conducting regular meetings and educational sessions for advertising agencies to deepen their understanding of TikTok Ad products.
- Proposing solutions and operational consulting to help advertising/media agencies make successful promotion proposals to their clients.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics for agency partners. Provide regular reports and insights to both agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Leading internal and external projects as an owner, such as improving advertising performance and product adoption rates.
- Accumulating insights on advertising operations, building best practices, and enhancing the adoption rate of key solutions to increase the value of TikTok for Business.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in account management/client service roles in digital marketing.
- Experience in media buying / user acquisition positions focused on performance marketing.
- Experience in managing key accounts in app/e-commerce/affiliate marketing industries.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.
- Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills.
- Proficient in English.
