About Us
TikTok's Analytics Capability center aims to support sales teams to establish and build scalable, long-term client relationships by solving direct client's and agencie's challenges through scalable, best in class campaign services. We aim to have a holistic understanding about TikTok's ad products and are humble, dynamic and open for change. You are joining a team of operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset, who proactively drive the client's growth strategy, including upsells, renewals and campaign reactivations.
Responsibilities
- Track and analyze advertising data, drawing actionable insights for campaign optimization and revenue growth as well as making seasonal predictions
- Build effective data tracking workflow, monitoring progress, and finding problems in a timely manner
- Visualize large or complex data and transform it to be more accessible, understandable, and usable.
- Understand business problems, identify datasources and translate problems into structured analysis or data products that directly drive actionable insights that maximize value
- Track and collect market and industry information, monitor and analyze business-related products
- Work and collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes Sales, Customer Solutions, Operations and deliver analysis in a useful and appealing way to all stakeholders
- Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests from the business teams
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of working experience in data or analytics related role
- BA/BS in Math, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) , database pipelines etc.
- Basic knowledge of at least one of the listed scripting languages: Python or R
- Excellent analytical skills in spotting issues and take actionable initiatives from data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and navigate a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment well
Preferred Qualifications
- Highly organized, confident and self-motivated individual
- Experience in digital marketing or ecommerce industry preferrable
