About the Team
TikTok's Global Business Team aims to help businesses and brands unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. We provide strategic input and run high-impact campaigns to ensure our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips.
As Client Partner-eCommerce, Korea member, you are expected to have experience in advertising sales from either media or platform, or have branding and performance marketing experience to penetrate clients to deliver revenue objectives and execute sales growth strategies.
Building awareness and partnerships with key clients that are completely new to TikTok. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit who is passionate about building new things.
Responsibilities
1. Establish and manage professional client relationships in order to drive deals to closure and retain/grow revenue from advertisers
2. Give data-driven presentations and persuasive sales proposals that are optimized to global key accounts business objectives
3. Plan and execute cold calls/mails, TikTok's advertisement product training and seminars to discover new clients
4. Clearly understand the sales status through active partnership management
5. Collaborate with relevant departments to manage client's advertising campaigns
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree or above
2. 5+ years of sales or partnership in Adtech platforms or agencies (preferred to have relevant experience in described verticals/industries with knowledge of branding and performance marketing
3. Understanding of the local media ecosystem with strong network within the advertising industry
4. Strong sales acumen and ability to develop and maintain client relationships with excellent communication and presentation skills
5. Ability to plan and manage extensive advertising budgets & campaigns
6. Proficient in Korean and English with writing, communication and interpersonal skills
