About the team
TikTok's Global Business Team aims to help businesses and brands unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. We provide strategic input and run high-impact campaigns to ensure our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips.

Client Partner - Growth is responsible for successfully executing a media sales role by delivering and selling our advertising products and solutions to our potential promising clients across the Auto, mobile apps, and other industries. Ideal candidate will establish and strengthen key client relationships with the team leader to focus on driving revenue, thought leadership, and advertiser business impact, by possessing an expert understanding of digital platform media sales, ad metrics, operations, and eco-system. They will be the advocate for the category and will work with our product and cross-functional teams to find digital media solutions for our key clients. This position requires working with various stakeholders across the organization, both locally and internationally.

Responsibilities
1. Establish and manage professional client relationships to drive deals to closure and retain/grow revenue from advertisers
2. Lead data-driven presentations and persuasive sales proposals that are optimized for clients' business objectives
3. Analyze data, Ad metrics and glean insights to execute the client strategy and marketing solutions
4. Plan and execute TikTok's advertisement product training, and seminars to discover new clients
5. Collaborate with relevant departments to manage and lead client's advertising campaigns to ensure improvement for product, process, and client relationships
6. Analyze campaign performance to give feedback on optimized media solutions constantly

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of proven track record in sales or partnership in Adtech platforms or agencies (performance marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)
- Previous experience working directly with clients (established relationships with key partners in the mobile industry preferred)
- Experiences in working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain significant and complex strategic relationships
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertisement ecosystem and developing trends;
- Strong network in Korean Ads market clients and agencies, with solid experience working with C-level clients
- Fluent in Korean with proficient English skills, as you will need to speak to local and foreign clients.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills at all levels of an organization
- Self-starter, a fast learner with a can-do spirit
