As part of the Korea Global Business Solutions team, we drive advertising revenue growth for e-commerce clients through strategic collaboration and innovative business solutions. Our team partners with key market players across APAC, with a strong emphasis on the Korean domestic market, to accelerate user growth and optimize marketing strategies.
About this role
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Partner to join our Korea Sales Global Business Solutions team. In this role, you will manage relationships with some of the largest marketplace and direct-to-consumer businesses in the market.
As a (senior) individual contributor, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by building strong client relationships, developing strategic account plans, and delivering best-in-class account management. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is resilient, entrepreneurial, and experienced in managing enterprise partnerships. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and skilled at working cross-functionally to deliver impactful advertising solutions.

Responsibilities
- As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for the book of business you will manage. This means that you will:
- Own the revenue goal for your book of business and drive strong QoQ and YoY advertising revenue growth;
- Lead the creation of robust, holistic account plans and JBPs with clients' business strategy, market and industry trends in mind;
- Leverage industry experience/knowledge to contribute to vertical strategy and translate that into account level actions;
- Unlock and build meaningful relationships with C-Level and key senior stakeholders in the client team;
- Develop a solid understanding of TikTok's value proposition of full funnel ad solutions in conjunction with the client's business needs (solution/consultative selling);
- Build effective collaboration and connections internally with key cross-functional teams to help drive the optimal client support model;
- Lead and drive innovative product development and solutions to further grow our share of wallet for TikTok
Lead and represent the book of business in various forums including weekly, quarterly, and yearly revenue meetings, forecasting, planning internally and externally etc.;
- Be a team player, work closely with client partners and solution managers to navigate business challenges and execute key strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, AdTech, or marketing, with a strong track record in account management and client services.
- Proven ability to build and execute commercial and growth strategies that drive business acceleration.
- Demonstrated success in managing senior client relationships and working cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of digital media platforms, ad solutions, and performance metrics.
- Fluent in Korean and English (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret business performance insights.
- Experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or performance marketing.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
