About the role:
TikTok is seeking a Client Partner (what we call 'Brand Partnerships Manager') to support our Mexico market and be based out of the Mexico City office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cross-network solutions selling and a proven ability to reach and influence executive level customers to drive new business. The candidate will have operational knowledge of local clients and experience dealing with executive stakeholders across Social, Video, Mobile, Digital teams. A proven track record in scaling client investment is a must.

Above all, the candidate will have an established track record of building strong relationships across key stakeholders. The role will involve working cross-functionally with members of the TikTok sales organization with the intent of onboarding priority accounts across the market. You'll bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across advertising technology partners.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities
2. Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with various direct clients and agencies
3. Use consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions with all clients
4. Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions
5. Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives
6. Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
7. Update clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practices
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience
2. Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
3. Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying
4. Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders
5. Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals

1. Ability to perform well in a rapidly changing environment
2. Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
4. Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
