We partner with key market partners across the Southeast Asia region to drive their user growth and marketing strategy by owning and implementing customised marketing and measurement solutions, ad tech integration and platform innovation.
Our mission is to nurture and to expand new markets, with the focus on Agency Only segment within agency ecosystem to incubate and to accelerate strategic levers such as Shop ads, Web ad EC and non-EC and at the same time leading Go To Market of new revenue streams like game/app, mini drama series & content partnerships.
Our team collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, offering top-tier solutions, consultation, education, and support to target clients in both product knowledge expertise and vertical/market-level insights.
We are looking for individuals with robust client-facing experience, technical acumen, problem-solving prowess, and a good understanding of E-commerce, Web EC and non-EC products to drive growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue of strategic levers under the book of business and awareness.
- Drive understanding of ad products, updates, and best practices aligned with clients' business objectives.
- Educate clients on TikTok products and developments, offering guidance on best practices to achieve business outcomes.
- Nurture and enhance client relationships post-sale, specifically focusing on ad product offerings. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, provide clients with data-driven business insights, take proactive measures to enhance results, and explore upselling opportunities.
- Strengthen product feature adoption and consistently drive product improvement based on market feedback, aligning with the go-to-market strategy.
- Conduct regular business reviews, adopting a consultative, long-term approach to foster productive client relationships in collaboration with the sales team.
- Investigate and collaborate directly with product and related teams to troubleshoot related issues.
- Identify growth opportunities for clients through regular performance analysis and escalate findings to cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate high accountability and responsibility for managing tasks, as well as taking ownership of each client.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing or e-commerce platforms, preferably managing Performance or SMB clients and a strong grasp of their characteristics and challenges.
- Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics. Proficiency in campaign planning, management, optimization, troubleshooting, and relevant measurement tools.
- Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, self-starter with a strong motivation to learn.
- Command strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated experience of working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights through assessing campaign performance with excellent data analytical skills in excel/SQL is a plus.
- Deliver excellent presentations, actively listen, and proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
