Responsibilities:
- Act as an account manager for sellers in the Home, Pre-Owned, and Collectibles category, providing them with expert guidance on leveraging TikTok's creator network and video content formats to drive sales.
- Develop and execute growth strategies for sellers, identifying opportunities to maximize engagement through content, livestreams, and short-form video.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and creator partnerships, to ensure seller success and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Analyze performance data to measure success and provide actionable insights for sellers to improve their strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in e-commerce, social media, and content-driven commerce, offering relevant suggestions to sellers.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree with a graduation date before December of 2025, preferably in business, engineering, or related fields.
- Strong interest in e-commerce, social media, and the creator economy, with a desire to help businesses grow through innovative content strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or work experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Familiarity with TikTok as a platform, and experience with short-form video or livestreaming as a business tool.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Passion for helping businesses grow through creative, content-driven solutions.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $77615 - $81700 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
