About the team
TikTok LIVE - Japan aims to empower a safe, authentic, and inclusive LIVE environment and provide the best real-time experience that cultivates a sense of belonging, enhances real-life experience, enables diverse businesses and provides economic opportunities for people to interact in real-time. Members with high motivation to grow gather, and there is a culture of open discussion from a qualitative and quantitative point of view.
Responsibilities
- Write and own the quality of TikTok LIVE campaigns for the Japanese market
- Collaborate closely with product managers, product operations, regional operations, designers, and localization to set a high bar for GTM content
- Ensure consistency between global campaigns localized into Japanese and local campaigns written in Japanese
- Contribute to our content standards and be a champion for best practices
- Manage and prioritize projects with multiple stakeholders
- Identify process improvements to optimize collaboration
- Collaborate with, influence, and drive consensus with stakeholders and their feedback
- Complete high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent Japanese and English speaker
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3+ years experience in digital writing for websites and campaigns
- Deep understanding of social media and mobile application users in Japan
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product teams
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and stay focused when faced with changing requirements
- Writing portfolio including, but not limited to: feature articles, ad campaigns, blog posts, product launch content, editorial calendar, email newsletters, style guide additions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on a global product with international partners
- Experience working in livestreaming business
