Team Introduction
The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with LIVE creators, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe. Our commitments include delivering interactive experiences, supporting creators, and fostering partnerships. By focusing on these areas, we aim to elevate the overall live experience for users, empower creators, and build strong, sustainable partnerships within the creator community.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.
Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Lifecycle Support:
- Participate in campaign planning sessions to research market trends, competitor activities, and target audience needs, contribute ideas for shaping campaign concepts, goals and strategies; assist in launching campaigns across diverse channels while monitoring daily progress to ensure all elements run as planned.
- Data Management:
- Regularly collect, organize, and update campaign-related data. Use basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) to summarize data and generate simple reports.
- Promotional Material & Swag Handling:
- Material Design: Collaborate with the design team on campaign-related materials. Provide feedback on design drafts, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and campaign messaging.
- Swag Inventory: Manage the inventory of promotional items (swag). Track stock levels, place orders when necessary, and ensure proper distribution.
- Cross - Functional Projects:
- Official Account Lineup: Work with the creator team to plan and curate content for official accounts.
- Creator Spotlight Program: Work with the creator team to identify potential creators for the spotlight program and support the execution of creator-led initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or a graduate degree
- Basic proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Photoshop
- Basic proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with internet operations and graphic design
- Interest in TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture
- Creative mindset and thought process that's focused on driving business parameters forward
- Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends
