Responsibilities
TikTok's Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with clients across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging. We create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.
Duties may include:
- Onboard and unlock branding opportunities in the IL (Israel) export enterprise companies
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing branding campaigns
- Developing a comprehensive branding strategy and creative narratives for IL export enterprise companies
- Establish brand awareness campaign for IL export enterprise companies - from C level presentation to production

- Establish market presence of TikTok as a brand awareness platform
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Gathering and analyzing customer insights and business intelligence to inform sales strategy and tactics
- Collaborating cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships
- Playing an instrumental role in the external narrative of TikTok in the market and staying up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and technology advancements
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Wide experience in business development roles within Saas/high-tech companies.
- Experience in branding strategy roles including pitching, selling and building relationships with enterprise's C-level executives.
- A proven track record in designing and executing successful branding strategies and measurement of Brand Awareness or Performance campaigns.
- Proficient in the digital media landscape, with a solid grasp of marketing and media KPIs.
- Demonstrated sales acumen and the ability to influence decision-makers, including senior and C-level stakeholders, with a track record of achieving and surpassing revenue goals, particularly with complex multi-business clients.
- Creative and production skills with expertise in developing branding strategy, briefs, and narratives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in data analysis, drawing conclusions, and delivering actionable recommendations.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of various business models.
- Digital sales experience is a plus.
