Members with high motivation to grow gather, and there is a culture of open discussion from a qualitative and quantitative point of view.
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and operating content creators. Through strategic planning and creator management, expand the scale of content creators and support their growth within a collaborative and thriving creator community.

- Lead Partnership Development: Drive the acquisition and partnership development of creator agencies within the music and entertainment sectors for TikTok LIVE. Build and nurture strong relationships with agencies, collaborating effectively to enhance and grow the TikTok LIVE platform together.
- Provide Enablement Support: Provide comprehensive support for agency growth, including performance reporting and creator analysis for agencies with music/entertainment background.
- Create Resources and Guidelines: Develop manuals, workshops, educational materials, best practice documents tailored for agencies to ensure effective collaboration and compliance.
- Manage Performance Metrics: Set, track, and manage goals and KPIs, utilizing data analysis to measure success and inform future strategies.
- Execute Related Initiatives: Plan and execute additional initiatives that align with the overall goals of TikTok LIVE and support the growth of partnerships within the music and entertainment
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in sales or business development in the music, entertainment, or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a diverse and international environment.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese.
- English proficiency sufficient to collaborate with stakeholders in other regions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in music, entertainment, or related industries.
- Experience in B2B sales, especially in new business development.
- Proven experience in building and managing a team from scratch.
