Team Introduction
Creativity is the soul of advertising. The Global Monetization Product & Technology team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation and optimization, to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other third parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to end users.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the construction of brand creative gameplay in key regions and industries, exploring product demand, promoting the deep integration of creative supply and Ad Placement strategy, forming a linkage strategy, and being responsible for brand creative supply and corresponding revenue
- Insight into brand marketing demands, collaborate with teams such as advertising products/marketing science/Line of Business to iterate high-quality brand creative marketing standards, and establish a practical and effective brand marketing methodology
- Collaborate with marketing/investment/Line of Business and other teams to form a product GTM strategy, create benchmark cases and gradually achieve large-scale growth, enhance market awareness and influence
- Coordinate internal resources, develop new cooperation models, complete product documentation, function development, and data analysis follow-up; master market information and competing product dynamics, and optimize related product functions
- Data management and analysis, according to business goals, manage and improve the relevant data establishment of both supply and demand sides, and guide project decision-making through Data Analysis
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in brand marketing/product operation/creative ecology, understanding of overseas brand Ad Placement or overseas brand marketing gameplay is preferred
- Possess strong communication and coordination skills, problem decomposition skills, project management skills, and data analysis skills.
- Able to quickly grasp core information and key points, identify risks and problems, and promote all relevant parties to solve problems and achieve goals
- Strong learning ability, self-motivation, adaptability, and a global perspective.

- Capable of seamless communication with global organizations, achieving consensus, and promoting cooperation.
