About the team/role:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Brand Partnership Manager to join our team.
The team is responsible to manage and drive its Turkey business. As a Brand Partnerships Manager, you will be Playing a critical role in helping us achieve our revenue growth targets by ensuring that TikTok remains competitive and innovative in the market. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential and crafting and executing a strategy for a designated book of business. Your expertise and commitment will be instrumental in driving the growth of TikTok in the region, as you collaborate with leading clients and marketeers. As a member of our Sales team, you will be expected to drive impactful, consultative engagements with all levels of executives, contributing to the growth of the business. Responsibilities:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing book of business
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Driving sales growth by leading and closing deals with key clients
- Developing a comprehensive sales strategy for the managed portfolio of clients that optimizes sales growth
- Regularly reviewing clients' performance and designing individual sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer engagement
- Gathering and analyzing customer insights and business intelligence to inform sales strategy and tactics
- Presenting sales progress and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the improvement of product, process, and client relationships
- Playing an instrumental role in the external narrative of TikTok in the market and staying up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and technology advancements.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals, preferably with complex multi-business clients
- Experience in analyzing data driving conclusions and delivering recommendations.
- Sales or Business Development background and solid knowledge of the Advertising Market.
- Experience in digital sales is a plus
- Fluency in English and Turkish is essential to the nature of the region and businesses this employee will be managing.
- Strong sales acumen and proven ability to influence decision-makers (including senior / c-level stakeholders)
Preferred qualifications:
- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
- Strong business and commercial acumen as well as an understanding of different business models.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
